Personalized Employee Performance Planning and Evaluation Form

Personalized Employee Performance Planning and Evaluation Form: Each employee's personalized online performance form contains, among other components, essential job responsibilities and General and Function-Specific competencies that are automatically pulled from the employee's job description. This establishes a direct link between job content and performance evaluation criteria, resulting in a focused performance management process that is more personalized and compelling to the employee than using a standard performance form. Performance goals and metrics collaboratively defined for each employee can be aligned with the organization's strategic business priorities.

Customizable, Pre-written Draft Manager Comments:

To assist managers in entering performance feedback, pre-written Suggested Manager's Comments are provided for each General and Function-Specific competency. Draft comments are provided for three performance levels - Does Not Meet, Meets, and Exceeds. Managers can review the draft texts and select an appropriate comment related to the employee's actual performance for each competency. Suggested Manager's Comments can then be copied into the employee's performance form and edited further by the manager to customize the comment to the employee.

360 Feedback:

This tool enables a manager to request performance feedback from designated superiors, peers and subordinates. Performance feedback questions are pre-written and use numeric ratings that allow responses to be quantified to provide measurable insights of the employee's performance levels and interactions with others.
