We work collaboratively with each organization’s internal HRToolbench System Administrator to review configuration options and configuration HRToolbench to meet the organization’s needs and objectives.
Following implementation, email and telephone support are provided to an organization’s HRToolbench System Administrator to respond to technical issues and to answer questions regarding HRToolbench functionality. Problems are fixed as promptly as possible, with critical problems affecting access and core functionality given immediate priority. Questions from employees and managers are filtered through an organization’s internal HRToolbench System Administrator.
